Assume the target is a college student in business major and lives in Los Angeles. He has multiple social networks and wants to have an efficient way to share his information instead of one by one.

Customer Discovery Findings

After conducting customer discovery, 8 out of 10 interviewed students approved my hypothesis.

Competitive Analysis for CircleBack

CircleBack is one of our direct competitor, it has clean UI and features for contacts management, but the function for sharing info. is not powerful.

Competitive Analysis for Cloze

Cloze is another direct competitor, it can automatically integrate up-to-date information from other social platform, based on which users could conduct more operations. However, it provides too much functions and thus it’s not easy to use for beginners.

Based on the analysis for competitors, most current competitors only focus on information management, and the users wants a more efficient way to exchange their information at different occasions. Therefore, this could be a blue ocean.

Google Ads

To furthermore validate my hypothesis, I design a google ads, and put it on Los Angeles area.

Unbounce Campaign Findings

By unbounce campaign, I design a landing page, and get 16 visitors in total within three days, which means 16 people click on my google ads and visit the landing page. Besides, 3 out of 16 people are interested in my product, and want to download and have a try.
